How to become a Distinguished District:

  • Submit District High Performance Plan by September 30
  • Submit Div/Area Governor Training Report (85% trained) by September 30
  • Membership payments must grow by 2%
  • Net Club growth must be at least 3%
  • Number of CTMs must equal or exceed 3.5% of membership payments from previous year
  • Number of ATMs must equal or exceed 1% of membership payments from previous year
