AL (Advanced Leader) - This award is given to those achieving the
Competent Leader award, served a complete term as a District Officer, completed
the High Performance Leadership Program, and served successfully as a Club
Sponsor, Mentor, or Specialist.
ATM-B (Advanced Toastmaster Bronze) - This is the award given to those
achieving the Competent Toastmaster award and completing two Advanced
Communication & Leadership Program manuals.
ATM-G (Advanced Toastmaster Gold) - This award is given to those
achieving the new Advanced Toastmaster Silver award or current ATM Bronze award,
completing two additional advanced manuals, conducting a registered
Success/Leadership Program or Success/Communication Program or a registered
Youth Leadership Program, and coaching a new member with the first three speech
projects.
ATM-S (Advanced Toastmaster Silver) - This is the award give to those
achieving the new Advanced Toastmaster Bronze award or current ATM award,
completing two additional advanced manuals, and conducting any two programs from
the Better Speaker Series and/or The Successful Club Series.
CL (Competent Leader) - This award is given to those achieving Competent
Toastmaster award, served at least six months as a Club officer, and
participated in the preparation of a Club Success Plan.
CTM (Competent Toastmaster) - This in the award given to those completing
all ten of the speeches in the Communication and Leadership Program book.
D-F #TOP
DCP (Distinguished Club Plan) - The DCP year runs July 1st to
June 30th each year. To qualify, a club must finish the year with 20
members OR have a net gain of five members during that time span.
Distinguished - A club
is Distinguished if they meet a minimum of 5 of the 10 DCP goals.
DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) - This award is given to those achieving
the Advanced Toastmaster Gold award and the Advanced Leader award. This is the
highest recognition a member may receive.
G-I #TOP
Grammarian - The role of the grammarian is to introduce new words to
members and to comment on the use of English during the course of the meeting.
Evaluator - This is someone who gives evaluates and gives an evaluation
after a speech is given.
J-L #TOP
Evaluator - This is someone who gives evaluates and gives an evaluation
after a speech is given.
